Jobs at IBN Services

Are you part of the IBN Community or an Aboriginal person living in the Pilbara?

IBN Services offers up to six months paid employment to Aboriginal people who have been unemployed for an extended period of time. Preference is given to members of the IBN Community, the Yinhawangka, Banyjima and Nyiyaparli people.

Our crew is provided with structured training in horticulture, general and garden maintenance and carpentry. They are also taught safety, PPE and basic building and construction techniques.

After completing the program successfully crew members are encouraged to apply for advertised positions with IBN Services, IBN or within the wider community.

Crew numbers are limited and applicants are assessed on their suitability to join the team by Indigenous Mining and Marine (IMMS),  our employment and training business.

To find out more contact IMMS on 1300 368 865 or visit to register your interest.

“IBN’s Work Ready project gets ya headed in the right direction. And for us mob there is heaps

Mark Sampi, Nyiyaparli man.
